Terms of Service

By accessing and using GPTree ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

GPTree is a web application that allows users to create and manage tree-based conversations with AI language models. The Service enables users to:

• Create conversations with AI language models
• Branch conversations from any message
• Merge branch responses back into main conversations
• Manage multiple AI provider profiles
• Track usage and costs
• Export and share conversations

To use GPTree, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent if under 18
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

GPTree allows you to use your own API keys for various AI providers. You are responsible for:

• Securing your API keys and not sharing them with others
• All costs incurred through your API key usage
• Complying with the terms of service of third-party AI providers
• Understanding that GPTree does not store or have access to your API keys beyond what is necessary to provide the Service

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data about other users

GPTree offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free plans may have usage limitations
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for unused portions may be available as required by law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period). Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time through account settings or by contacting support

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GPTree and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant GPTree a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

GPTree does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPTREE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

For paid subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days notice before terminating service for non-violation reasons, except where immediate termination is required for legal or security reasons.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or using account deletion features in the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
