Some models work through a problem before they reply. For those models, GPTree now shows that thinking in a Reasoning section above the answer. It stays open while the model is working, then folds away so the answer is what you read first.
Open it any time to check how the model reached its answer. OpenAI models share a Reasoning summary rather than their full reasoning.
