# Teach an agent a skill it can reuse

Turn a job you repeat into a skill: a short list of plain-language steps an agent follows. Run it yourself, or let the agent use it on its own mid-conversation.

Open an agent, go to Skills and choose New pipeline. Write each step as a plain instruction and pick which agent does it. Then run it with Run skill whenever you need it.

Agents can also reach for their own skills while you talk to them. Steps that need approval still wait for you.
