# Sharper, more honest Explore results

Explore now leaves a failed answer out of scoring and merging, judges the answers against your original prompt, and lets you say what the merged answer should be.

When you run one prompt several ways with Explore this prompt, a variant that errors is now marked as failed, with a retry, and is left out automatically. It is never scored as if it had answered.

Scoring reads the full answers against the prompt you asked, and no longer favours the shortest one. When you merge, tell GPTree what the final answer should be, and longer merged answers are no longer cut short.
