# Search inside your documents, and group them into collections

Knowledge now searches the text inside your documents, shows which answers used each one, and lets you group documents into collections you attach to a conversation.

- Search everything: results match the words inside your documents, not only their titles.
- Used in: each document shows which of your answers cited it.
- Collections: put related documents in a named set and attach it to a conversation, so the right material is read at the right moment.
- Add a web page by pasting its address, save a conversation into your knowledge, and rename or remove documents. Removing tells you what happens to the original before you confirm.
