# Put your agents on a routine

Give an agent a routine that runs on a schedule, when another app calls it, or when you press run. The Work board shows every routine and task your agents have on the go.

Open an agent and add a routine: a job in plain words plus a trigger. Run it on a schedule, like every morning at 9:30, from a web address another app can call, or only when you press run. Scheduled routines run by themselves once you turn autonomy on.

The Work board brings it together: every routine, and every task moving from to do to done, with anything that needs you flagged. You can cancel or retry a task from there.
