The Decisions page keeps each call your agents make, what was decided and who decided it. When two decisions contradict each other, you choose the one that stands.

Decisions tend to vanish into chat history. Here each one your agents make is written down with its subject and outcome, so a month later you can see what was decided and why.

If two agents reach different conclusions on the same thing, both are flagged and a reconcile item appears in your inbox, so conflicts get settled instead of quietly piling up.
