# A company library for your workspace

Workspace owners and admins can keep the documents everyone works from in one company library, and GPTree searches it when answering anyone in the workspace.

Open Knowledge and choose Company to see your workspace's library: the handbook, the price list, the current policy. Owners and admins add files, or copy in a document they already have. Everyone in the workspace can read it, with the same version history and Compare with current as their own documents.

When a colleague asks a question, the answer can cite the library, so everyone works from the same copy instead of an old one.
